By accessing or using Van Lifers Club ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Description of Service

Van Lifers Club is a community-based social platform designed to help nomadic and van-living individuals connect safely through profiles, likes, matches, and messaging.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account and verify your identity via phone OTP and identity verification.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Not impersonate others
• Not create multiple or fake accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share illegal, explicit, or harmful content
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or scams
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate guidelines.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

• Monthly: $14.99 USD
• Annual: $99.99 USD
• Introductory offers may apply (including limited founding member offers)

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

All payments are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Van Lifers Club facilitates connections but does not conduct background checks.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and software are owned by Van Lifers Club. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Offline interactions between users
• Data loss or service interruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
